Ladies Basics Clinic:  May 20-23, 6 to 8pm  Instructor:  Gordon Griffin

This hands on clinic is designed to get you out on the course and having fun.  It focuses on the short game and course etiquette and management.  You and your pitching wedge will become friends for life!   Sign-up are limited to 8 ladies.  Clinic fee:  $50.00

I am 1997 graduate of the San Diego Golf Acadmey at Chandler, AZ. where I  earned a degree in Golf Complex Operations and Management with emphasis in Profession Golf Instruction and Golf Club Fitting and Repair.  This is my 11th year of business as owner and golf instructor for Glacier Golf and 3rd season as head golf professional at the Kenai Golf Course.  My mission as a golf pro is to promote tha game of golf as a life long game that can be played by people of all ages and abilities.  I help my students better understand golf skills and how to improve on them in any area  chosen. I provide a safe, friendly learning environment that allows for a two way dialog with each student.

Lessons:  1/2 hour $20.00

1 hour $40.00

Three 1 hour lessons $100.00

Lessons may also be  for two people or larger groups, please see me for more details on this. Lessons are given by appointment  and can be on any day of the week.   Stop by the Kenai Pro Shop or call me at 398-1170 to schedule..  Be sure to check the bulletin board in the Pro Shop for additional clinics. 

Hook-a-Kid on Golf: June 2-6, 9am to noon each day.  Instructor:  Don Moock.  Elementary age children who do not own golf clubs may have their parents sign them up at their schools. 

Junior Clinic open to ages 8 to 16 June 23-26 8am to 11am each day.  Instructor:  Don Moock.  Youngsters will improve their golf skills while learning the game of golf.

Junior Golf Tournament:  June 26th, starting at 1pm.  Open to all juniors.

Ice Breaker Lesson Day is Saturday, May 24th from 10am to 4pm for open group instruction on the Kenai practice range. Instructor:  Don Moock.  Fee is $10.00.  Come when you want and ask the golf pro for help with any aspect of your golf game.
